We Are Open For Dental Emergencies and Treatment Needs.
Do you need to see an oral surgeon?
Our doctors are seeing patients.
We are following the American Dental Association guidelines to postpone elective surgeries for now. We are concentrating on emergency dental care to alleviate the burden that dental emergencies would place on hospital emergency departments.

We are taking every precaution possible by strictly adhering to disease control and sterilization standards to instill confidence in our patients that we are taking this very seriously. We still hold in place our normal requirements of rescheduling your appointment if you have any symptoms of illness and we will screen all patients prior to treatment for underlying medical issues. Please contact our office by phone or email if you have any questions or concerns. We take pride in our state of the art facility and operations and will do everything in our power to be available for all dental emergencies and treatment needs.
Your First Visit
Chances are, you’ve chosen a well-trained dentist that you trust. And so it shouldn’t surprise you when your dentist sends you to a specialist for dental implant surgery, wisdom tooth removal or other technical procedures. It’s all a part of giving you the best care available.
We look forward to meeting you and are confident that you will have a great experience at AZ Max. Your first appointment (the consultation) will be an opportunity for you to meet with your doctor to discuss your diagnosis, available treatment options, and financial responsibilities. Having a consultation prior to your surgery allows your doctor to review important information that is crucial to the success of your treatment and is an opportunity for you to obtain answers to any questions you might have.
Please note: All patients under the age of 18 must bring a parent or legal guardian with them to all office visits.
If you are able to complete your registration through our online link, please arrive for your appointment 5 minutes early. If you need to complete your paperwork in our office, please plan on arriving 30 minutes early to allow sufficient time for completion.
To help prevent any delays in being seen for your consultation, please bring the following items with you:
Any referral slip and/or x-rays provided by your dentist
A list of all medications you are currently taking
Your dental/medical insurance information or card (if applicable)
If your dentist or doctor has taken x-rays, please request that they be forwarded to AZ Max before your consultation. If there is not enough time to do this, please pick them up and bring them with you to your appointment. If additional x-rays are necessary, they can be taken at AZ Max.
