Everyone at AZ Max Surgeons was amazing! From the front office staff to the oral surgeon all my questions were answered without being rushed to dismiss me. I highly recommend AZ Max Surgeons for any oral surgery you are considering. P. S. I don’t want to fail in mentioning Hailee, the surgeons’ assistant that went out of her way to assure I understood the treatment plan which we decided! She was fabulous!

OMG - This has been one of my Best Office visits Ever!! I had called in because I was running 10 min late. Eileen (spelled incorrectly) greeted me So Friendly when I walked in. Then Melissa was So nice & said, Oh, you’re here…she was informing my team of my tardiness ( I Abhor-being late ). She was also very Friendly & they were So Personable that I felt like I was at my friends place, while also being very professional! Then Jordan promptly brought me in from the waiting room. She immediately put me at ease. In the room, she was also very professional and knowledgeable about my entire procedure. I felt so much anxiety about asking all my questions w/o sounding dumb. My entire list , plus, was answered before I even had to ask. The doctor came in (forgot his name-my brain was full!) and was just so real & personable. I was put at ease with Every Person I came in contact with. I left the place with All my anxiety put to rest.. I feel like I can breathe again and I’m in very capable hands with the Entire Staff!! Kudos To All - Thank You All So Very Much!!

Amazing team at AZ Max. Dr. Austin is an artist. I had multiple issues that other dentists were not willing to deal with. Dr Austin handled it like a walk in the park. No doubts, no pain, no issues. Outstanding customer service. I would recommend.

I walked into Dr. Boyse’s oral surgery office after five years of pain, failed dental implants, and being abandoned by the surgeon who caused the damage. I cannot say enough good things about AZ Max Surgeons Mesa. Dr. Allen and his team truly go above and beyond both before and after procedures. Dr. Allen takes his time to answer all questions and concerns and really help put your mind at ease for intimidating procedures. My son required jaw surgery and he helped us both feel prepared and less anxious. The surgery went much smoother than I could have even imagined. His assistant Raegan is very communicative and happy to help. Would recommend Dr. Allen for any procedure you need.

Was very surprised how easily and painlessly the tooth was removed.

Had to get my wisdom teeth removed due to issues they were causing. Was referred here by my dentist and I’m glad I was! Dr Lemiuex has been amazing through the process. We talked about options I had and I felt like I was talking to a trusted friend, that had my best interest in mind. After the surgery he even called over the weekend to check in on how I was feeling. Thanks Dr Lemiuex and the queen creek staff for taking care of me!

Tiffany thank you for explaining clearly all that was being done prior to my procedure and taking good care of me after. Dr. Austin the day of and today I have been feeling great. No discomfort and ready to get back to taking care of things I need to. All the best and thank you all for making our experience enjoyable. BTW - this morning my daughter said she had her surgery done as well by AZ Max and said it was a good experience for her.

All the people were courteous , professional,and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental treatment. Dr.Griggs and Dr.Fluckiger were both excellent. I would recommend both to anyone needing first class dental work.

Very friendly Dr. and staff I was scared and nervous going to my appointment but once there at the appointment and the Dr and staff explained the procedure that they were gonna do. I felt more comfortable with them and wasn’t as nervous as I was when I first walked in. I highly recommend their office.

Everything leading up to the procedure felt great. I was told I would be called the day of the procedure to check in on me. No one called to check in on me. My procedure was on a Friday. When I woke up Sunday still crying from the pain. I called the on-call service. A provider called me back and asked me what I had been prescribed for pain management post procedure and I said nothing. He seemed confused. I had been told to just take Ibuprofen or Tylenol. I literally didn't know how I could go through another day of the pain and he sent in two prescriptions for me. To this day no one has called me to check on me even though I called the on-call. There's a lot of staff in the office and I don't understand how so little care was given to my procedure, my post procedure care, or follow up to my on-call call. It has now been a seven full days and I still can't swallow properly. It still hurts.

I had an extraction complication at my dentist and they referred me to AZ max. They got me in quick and scheduled root extraction the next day. They offered me 4 treatment options involving anesthesia and bone grafts. Staff was super patient explaining the options. I chose the most inexpensive option as it was the best for me. I did not need anesthesia. Dr Austin was amazing- empathetic, efficient, and he let me know what was coming, from numbing shots to tap tap. This crew knows what they are doing. I’d go back in a heartbeat but hopefully I’m done for awhile.

Dr. Lemieux and team were awesome getting me informed on my procedure and my surgery was a grandslam win with no issues. I am recovering as well as expected. Thank you again I am happy with my results!!

Everything about my experience was exceptional! The office is spotless and each employee was professional and kind! Dr. Romney is wonderful and I have chosen him twice to be my surgeon. Great experience!
