Friendly font desk staff & patient support was unequaled and Dr. Boyse is the best, hands down! The implant surgery went very well, and I was provided with medication and clear instructions for post surgery care.
I would highly recommend Dr Boyse and AZmax for any oral surgery you might need.

Everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The whole place is clean, organized, and has a really relaxed vibe. They explained everything clearly and didn't rush me, which I really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I left feeling well taken care of -
definitely recommend them!

recently had surgery done at AZ Max with Dr. Romni, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! Dr. Romni and the entire team were so kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, the procedure went smoothly, and my recovery has been great. I’m so thankful for the excellent care I received — highly recommend Dr. Romni and the AZ Max team!

The experience, beginning with the interaction with wonderful staff in front office, to the caring nursing staff that prepared me for the procedure, to my interaction with Dr. Allen, who completely explained everything thoroughly pertaining to my situation, to the procedure itself, of which I do not really recall anything at all due to the exceptional IV sedation, all the way to discharge - everything was exceptional and outstanding, and I would highly recommend without reservation this wonderful team for your care. As an anesthesiologist myself, I can say that I was very much impressed with the clinical skills of all involved and the IV sedation.

Everyone was so nice and professional, they made that "scary" feeling go away. Just awesome people that you can trust. Thank you everyone for making my family feel so Update as of 10/02/2026... Just had my surgery, was nice and easy! Talked with me until the meds kick med and woke up! The only downside is I can't have a steak for at least 2 weeks 💔. Thank you team!

From the first phone call with Eva, to Decker taking my cone beam and records, Dr Boyce and his exceptional care and professionalism and Jen and Connie at the front desk! I don’t even have the words to express my true gratitude for helping me with a bad tooth that needed extensive treatment! I work in the dental field and am always paying attention to detail whenever I go somewhere new. Today was the best interaction I’ve had with an oral surgeon and his team. The office was warm and inviting. The team made it more than an appointment! They made it an experience! I felt like their VIP. Looking forward to my next visit and will continue to tell everyone about Dr Boyse and the way he made me feel like a priority to get me out of discomfort! Thank you so so much AZ Max! The staff was great, got me through the paper work & after a short wait Dr. Austin painlessly extracted a bad wisdom tooth. Recovery was was surprisingly painless.

Dr. Austin is a very warm, knowledgeable dental surgeon whose experience and calm nature made our experience comforting. My minor son had an impact tooth and having to have dental surgery is scary. Gave me great advice on pain management and the best way to stay comfortable throughout recovery. Explained everything that was going to happen prior to me being put under. They provided a blanket during the surgery which was nice. I hated going to the dentist but they’ve been very good!

My daughter had her wisdom teeth out with Dr. Romney and then I had a sinus lift and implant only six months later with him, as well.  Each time, the office staff was so kind and courteous, Dr. Romney and the nurse that assisted him took the time to explain all that my daughter and I might need in each of our respective surgeries and were not in a hurry.  They also did a very thorough and wonderful job during the surgery.  They called me afterward to check up on each of us, as well as offered any post-surgery information that I may have missed and answered more of my questions.  This is an awesome office to have any dental surgery and I highly recommend them.  I have already referred several friends here.  Thank you, AZ Max!
