From the first phone call with Eva, to Decker taking my cone beam and records, Dr Boyce and his exceptional care and professionalism and Jen and Connie at the front desk! I don’t even have the words to express my true gratitude for helping me with a bad tooth that needed extensive treatment! I work in the dental field and am always paying attention to detail whenever I go somewhere new. Today was the best interaction I’ve had with an oral surgeon and his team. The office was warm and inviting. The team made it more than an appointment! They made it an experience! I felt like their VIP. The staff was great, got me through the paper work & after a short wait Dr. Austin painlessly extracted a bad wisdom tooth. Recovery was was surprisingly painless.

Today he sees patients with some of the most difficult dental issues.
I have multiple health issues. Been turned down and looked  down on due to these problems.
However Dr. Austin eagerly accepts me. Excited to learn about a new disease or problem. He takes time to work around any adverse issues.He listens to his patients.Definitely cares  what is going on with his patients.Looks out for what is the best plan of care for this person.
He is highly skilled at his job.
I would recommend Dr.Austin to anyone. I have had multiple procedures with him and the outcome has always been great!

Dr. Austin is a very warm, knowledgeable dental surgeon whose experience and calm nature made our experience comforting. My minor son had an impact tooth and having to have dental surgery is scary. Gave me great advice on pain management and the best way to stay comfortable throughout recovery. Explained everything that was going to happen prior to me being put under. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out with Dr. Romney and then I had a sinus lift and implant only six months later with him, as well.  Each time, the office staff was so kind and courteous, Dr. Romney and the nurse that assisted him took the time to explain all that my daughter and I might need in each of our respective surgeries and were not in a hurry.  They also did a very thorough and wonderful job during the surgery.  They called me afterward to check up on each of us, as well as offered any post-surgery information that I may have missed and answered more of my questions.  This is an awesome office to have any dental surgery and I highly recommend them.  I have already referred several friends here.  Thank you, AZ Max!

From the very beginning, Dr. Austin was incredibly attentive to my specific situation. He took the time to understand the unique circumstances surrounding my extraction, which gave me immense confidence and peace of mind going into the procedure.
The medical staff was equally impressive. They were friendly, thorough, and meticulous about reviewing my relevant medical history while covering every specific detail of what to expect.

I found that everyone from the front desk to Dr. Lemieux to be very friendly, calming and professional.
